Cancellation and Refund Policy

General Terms

Any product purchased from Smart Training LLC is subject to cancellation within a certain period of time indicated in the given document (hereinafter referred to as “Cancellation and Refund Policy”).

The Customer reserves the right to cancel the subscription with the help of the instructions given in the FAQ or by writing an email to info@smarttraining.com.

Please note, that products claiming setup fee may be cancelled within six months. Products requiring no setup fee may be cancelled within thirty days. Payments you have made for any purchase are not refundable after thirty days. Thus, we kindly encourage you to test the product immediately after you have purchased it, so you can claim for cancellation and refund in case you are not satisfied with the product. Please also note, that no refund is due after 30-day guarantee time limit has passed.

If the product you have purchased from us does not meet your expectations, we are ready to issue 100% refund. Full amount of money will be credited on your original payment method provided at the time of purchase after cancelling your purchase and requested a refund within thirty calendar days.

Once you have cancelled your purchase and requested a refund, please allow 3 to 7 business days to receive the refund.

In case of refund, the money shall be refunded to the current account or to the card with which the payment was made, within 30 (thirty) days, depending on the bank that issued the card.

Smart Training LLC is entitled to modify the terms of Cancellation and Refund Policy on a unilateral basis by posting the modifications on Its official website.

Smart Training LLC considers all refund requests and seeks to resolve all disputes through negotiations with the Customer.
