The Smart Training Learning Management System (LMS) is available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. There is no planned system down time. You will always have access to the LMS. Our virtual servers are within a secure data center with 24/7 security. We ensure the use of IT security best practices. Our website uses HTTPS for secure data transfer and login. All server data is encrypted, and servers are continually monitored to ensure they are performing at peak capacity. We have a well-implemented backup plan. Our encrypted backups are securely stored in multiple locations, which ensures your information is always accessible.

We provide ongoing technical and functional support for the administration of the LMS. We maintain live support via phone, chat services, and email during standard business hours. A support team member responds promptly to calls, emails, and chat messages. We ensure customer satisfaction by working continuously to resolve issues promptly.

Personal Compliance Officer

Not sure if your office is actually compliant? Smart Training provides certified OSHA and HIPPA professionals who have audited more companies than anyone else in the industry. Once an audit is completed you will be provided with a simple to understand report with suggestions on how to resolve any points of concern discovered. Our team will also be available to talk through any compliance questions you have which did not get addressed during the audit.

State-Required Certification

Custom certificates can be created for each course, or a standard certificate can be set for all courses.

The process of creating a certificate is very easy, and the users will get a certificate as soon as they successfully complete the course. Users can access and print all certificates of completion from their own accounts.
